About these terms
These terms govern your use of the DecoLabs website and any purchase you make through it. By browsing this store or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before ordering.
DecoLabs is an online retailer of pet supplies operating in Australia. Our contact details are on our Contact Information page.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract. You agree that the information you give us at checkout is accurate and complete.
Products, prices and availability
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices and product availability can change without notice.
We take care with our product descriptions and photographs, but colours can vary between screens and manufacturers occasionally change packaging or specifications without telling us. Where an item differs materially from its description, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order or receive an order confirmation email.
We may decline or cancel an order where:
- the item is out of stock;
- a price or description was listed in error;
- we cannot verify the payment or delivery details; or
- we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full. If a pricing error is obvious and significant, we will contact you before doing anything rather than simply cancelling.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Union Pay, plus PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is processed through a secure encrypted checkout. We do not store your full card details.
Buy-now-pay-later services are provided by third parties under their own terms. Any dispute about instalments or fees is between you and that provider, though we will always help where we can.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Discounts and promotions
Promotional discounts apply while advertised and can be withdrawn or changed at any time. Unless we say otherwise, discounts cannot be combined and do not apply to gift cards. Where a discount applies automatically at checkout, the discounted amount shown at checkout is the amount payable.
Using this website
You agree not to use this store to break any law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy its content systematically, or to submit anything false, abusive or infringing. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this is happening.
Intellectual property
The DecoLabs name, logo, site design and original text are our property or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced without permission. Product images and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the goods we sell.
Reviews and content you submit
If you submit a review, photograph or comment, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and that you have the right to share it. You give us permission to display it on the store. We may remove content that is misleading, offensive, or not genuinely about a product.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, and any term that attempted to do so has no effect.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing it, supplying an equivalent, or refunding what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of the consumer laws of the state or territory where you live.
